UD GROUP SECURES NPOWER DEAL

UD Group has agreed a major contract with npower Business, one of the largest suppliers to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the UK, to boost its b2b client growth. UD Group’s transformational software will be used by the energy giant to improve client experience and engagement by enabling energy brokers to review and manage large amounts of operational data in a simple and easy to use format. “Making the complex simple is one of the best ways to enhance customer satisfaction and retain business”, explains Steve Armitage, managing director at UD Group. “This is especially important within the highly competitive energy sector. Our new software solution will give npower’s growing base of b2b customers instant access to meter data and address information, real time pricing, and a seamless journey from quote to contract.” Andrew Taylor, head of indirect sales for npower Business, added: “We’ve been keen to employ a software product capable not only of reducing our cost to serve but also providing a scalable solution across the business.
